Life inevitably brings hardships, difficult passages. Sometimes the same adaptive flexibility that comes with the gift of human consciousness also gets us stuck, with increased indecisiveness, 

depression, anxiety... or maybe just feeling like you are off track in your life. Getting stuck in these ways is natural--not a sign that there's something wrong with you. And seeking help is a natural part of our humanness as well.
